The SigEp house, built in 2005, is bold and very progressive. It incorporates the features that today’s undergraduates seek, and it also possesses designs to reflect the tradition of Texas Beta. Located on the keystone lot at the entrance of Fraternity Row at Maple St. and Welch Ave., our new home contains more than 12,000 square feet of space and serves as home to 26 men in suite-style living units. Sitting on the corner of Maple and Welch, the red brick structure with eight over-sized columns will provide an impressive greeting to all visitors as they enter Fraternity Row.
There’s an old saying that success is not measured in dollars and cents, but in the number of lives you can touch. On behalf of the Texas Beta Chapter at the University of North Texas, I want to thank you for the contribution you have made to the Campaign for Texas Beta. Your gift will directly benefit hundreds of young men for many years to come, and continue the legacy you have helped build. Our campaign has allowed us to build a brand new fraternity house at UNT, not only restoring our home but also substantially improving this important focal point on campus. You may never know their names, but our undergraduate brothers will have a better fraternity and richer college experience as a result of your contribution. Thank for your generosity and for your faith in this cause. On behalf of all Texas Beta brothers – past, present and those who will live in the new house for years to come – thank you.
